Sarah Lilley is educated to degree level in Tourism Marketing. After three years at University, Sarah commenced her professional career with well-known Tour Operator Thomas Cook. Following on from that, she occupied a variety of management positions for one of the world’s leading holiday ownership exchange brands. Sarah has valuable experience in tourism and resort/hotel related business development, resort marketing, business development, trading partner management and telemarketing. Sarah is a partner in The Unique Network and a key volunteer for The Child Foundation, where she helps to manage every aspect of the charity.  

One of the most respected female business leaders in South Yorkshire, Sarah is the long-serving Managing Director of Sheffield Sharks, one of the most successful UK professional basket clubs of all time.   

Sarah has led the Sharks to success on the court and in September 2023, the club enter their new home, the Canon Medical Arena, a multi-purpose arena located on the Olympic Legacy Park in Sheffield. Sarah works alongside two of our Directors, Karen Child and David Lilley.

For many years, Louise has always held a passion for health and wellness, adopting a curious mind and taking her learnings to support and educate others. Across the last 25 years, Louise has spoken in front of thousands of people around the world.

Louise is qualified in advanced exercise, health & fitness, nutrition for sport and exercise, client psychology and motivation for nutrition, child nutrition and obesity. She holds an advanced diploma in nutrition and weight management.

As the world has changed, Louise feels it’s important to change with the times, and her business has continued to expand into new and exciting areas. As an example, Louise recently achieved qualifications to coach as a wellness and mindset practitioner and in workplace well-being.

Louise's nature is to be caring, but also impatient to make things happen, and once involved in any project, is committed to ensuring it is successful. Louise is involved in several projects under her business, The Infinet Group.
